11.3 If you request us to delete some or all of your personal data, some of the services requested may not be provided to you and ENGIBOTS will keep the personal data required to comply with its legal obligations.
12. WHEN DO WE DISCLOSE DATA TO THIRD PARTIES?
12.1 ENGIBOTS may use third parties for the provision of certain services, such as maintenance, technical support, marketing, invoicing or payment management, which may have access to some of your personal data, namely the data required for the contractual purposes.

If data transfers may occur to third countries that do not belong to the European Union, ENGIBOTS will comply with the legal rules, namely regarding the suitability of the destination country regarding the protection of personal data and the requirements, which are applicable to these transfers, and personal data will not be transferred to jurisdictions that do not offer guarantees of safety and protection.
16. MINORS:
15.1 The WEBSITE is not directed to minors under 16 years old, so we request that these minors do not provide us with personal data through the WEBSITE, application, social networks and social media or emails.
17. SENSITIVE PERSONAL DATA:
17.1.
